YOUR DAY, WITH A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
A private task manager and daily journal, together.
Capture what needs doing. Make room to reflect. Get on with your day.
Private by default No ads Your data stays yours
LESS MANAGING. MORE LIVING.
For people who keep coming back to a paper notepad.
Start small. Add structure only when it helps.
One input. A task needs only a title. Dates, tags and priorities can come later.
Today brings due and overdue tasks together, so the next thing is easy to find.
Open your journal. Follow the daily prompt, or simply write what’s on your mind.
TASKS / A LITTLE DIRECTION
Capture in seconds, then work from a list that makes sense. Today keeps the immediate things close. Plan gives the bigger things room.
JOURNAL / A LITTLE PERSPECTIVE
A quiet place for how it all felt. Keep one entry a day, with a thoughtful prompt when you need a starting point.
Want to go further? Habits and Insights are optional. Turn them on when they’re useful.
THE NOTEBOOK, WITH A LITTLE MORE
A notebook is a great place to start. TodoZen adds a little help for what comes next.

¹ A dedicated space for dated reflection, not task notes or a journal template. ² A habit tracker with history, not just repeating tasks. Todoist supports habit workflows through recurring tasks and integrations. “Not listed” means we did not find the feature in the official sources below, not that a workaround is impossible.
TodoZen’s native mobile apps are coming soon; mobile web is available now. Things 3 is purchased separately for each Apple platform, with a Mac trial available.
No public record links or ads. Share only through a workspace or an explicit, revocable grant.
Usage analytics require your consent and never include task or journal content.
Export a readable JSON archive, import your data, or delete your account in Settings.

A FEW MORE THINGS
TodoZen is free to use today, with no credit card required. A paid plan is coming soon; pricing and features have not been announced. There is no paid subscription or checkout available yet.
TodoZen is a private daily workspace for quickly capturing tasks, seeing what matters today, and reflecting in one journal. Goals, calendar planning, location suggestions, and optional habits add context without taking over the first-run experience.
TodoZen organizes personal work around a daily loop: capture quickly, act from Today, open Plan only when work needs structure, then reflect in Journal. It does not turn every thought into a project, board or team process.
Yes. Journals are private, there are no public record links and there are no ads. Collaboration happens only through a shared workspace or a record explicitly granted to an email address, and those grants can be revoked.
Yes. TodoZen provides a documented REST API, an OpenAPI document and an MCP endpoint. Revocable API keys let an assistant or script work with tasks, goals, journal entries, habits and search without scraping the interface. AI-assisted tagging is unavailable and no task or journal content is sent to an AI provider.
TodoZen is available on the web and mobile web, including as an installable PWA with offline shell fallback. Its browser extension is the fast capture and Today companion; store availability is shown on this page. Dedicated Android and Apple apps are coming soon. You can use mobile web on those devices now.
Yes. TodoZen can export and import a readable JSON archive. It also provides a private calendar feed (iCal) and public API, so your information is not trapped behind the interface.
MAKE A LITTLE SPACE
Your next task. Tonight’s thoughts. One calm place to put them.
An email and a password are all you need. Sample content is available after sign-up if you’d like a head start.
We'd like to track structure-only usage (e.g. how tasks get created) to improve TodoZen — never task content.
